• In His image Salon is BY APPOINTMENT ONLY.

• We recommend booking your appointment at least 48 hours prior to your requested appointment time. Appointments are subject to availability.

• It is our service standard to deliver guests needs and desires as much as possible. If you have a special request, please let us know upon booking. With us, we reserve that time and make that allotted time exclusively yours.

• 24 Hour notice is MANDATORY to reschedule or cancel all appointments.

• We require a NON-REFUNDABLE deposit of 35% on all services over $100. You may reschedule your appointment up to (2) times only.

• Your deposit will be applied to any service (no products) of your choice.

• If notice is NOT given with 24 hours to reschedule, your deposit is forfeited and not applicable to a new appointment.

• Your deposit is applicable up to 30 days.

• Please arrive on time. All appointments that are not honored within 15 minutes of your appointment with no notification of a late arrival may have to be cancelled. Late fees may apply.

• A $25.00 fee will be assessed to NO SHOW appointments or appointments cancelled without at least a 24-hour notice.
